Accredited non-destructive testing services

Unconventional and traditional solutions tailored to your needs

Accredited non-destructive material testing solutions

We can start immediately and work on demand on a permanent basis in the following areas

  • We support pre-production processes at the desired production site.
  • We inspect the manufactured parts using non-destructive material testing and mark any deviations to achieve a perfect final product.
  • The tests will be documented in an accredited protocol which will be handed over to you.
  • When installing finished products we carry out a full range of installation support tasks at the required installation site - typically weld inspection.
  • After non-destructive material testing procedures, defects according to the standard are marked on the part.
  • The tests will be documented in an accredited protocol which will be handed over to you.
  • Condition survey and maintenance support according to specifications on finished structures (bridges, refineries, etc.).
  • After the inspection of elements and seams, the non-destructive material testing procedure, the defects according to the standard are marked on the piece.
  • The tests will be documented in an accredited protocol which will be handed over to you.
  • As an independent party, we will carry out a working trial and a process trial on request.
  • We assess how well your team is performing against the required non-destructive testing standards.
  • The tests will be documented in an accredited protocol, which will be handed over to you.

Frequently Asked Questions

As an external, independent, accredited materials testing laboratory, we support the OIL TESTING of the customer's new products on a case-by-case basis. We are available to carry out the necessary tests. We flag any deviations from the standard - we will wait on site for the repair or retest the repaired items at another time. We issue a report on the finished seams, materials and parts that conform to the standard.

The ACCREDITED ANALYSIS service always ends with the issuing of an accredited report.

Visual inspection, magnetic resonance imaging, liquid imaging, ultrasound and radiography.

Typically, metal structure machining plants, steel structure manufacturing companies, tank manufacturers, machinery manufacturing organisations, railway component manufacturers require this service for the in-plant production of their new products.

Directly on the quality of the raw material and its new products. Directly on the quality of the technology, the quality of the welding work.

We support the client's SITE SURVEY as an external, independent, accredited materials testing laboratory on a case-by-case basis. We will come out and carry out the necessary tests. Testing of weld sections for testing welders or technologies.

Welding training bases, examination centres prior to issuing welding certificates and welded joint manufacturers when recruiting and qualifying welders.

The REPORT OF THE EXAMINATION is a detailed description of the inspection. Its minimum content is defined and its form is less formal than that of an accredited report. It includes a history, description of the tools/materials used, description of the procedures used, lessons learned from the study and summary/suggestions sections.

A MEASUREMENT LIST is a list typically used for measuring WALL or WELD THICKNESS. It consists of a unique identification of measurement points and their corresponding measured values. Optionally, it also contains an evaluation of the measured values, where "OK" is the measured value within the limit and "NOK" is the measured value outside the limit.

ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) is the prefix for codes and standards issued by the non-profit professional organization founded in 1880 as the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.

EN (European Norm) is the prefix for European standards. European standards - EN - Standards adopted and approved in the European Union.

Methods used

Radiographic material testing is a commonly used non-destructive material testing method according to standard specifications. It detects various volumetric defects, volumetric continuity defects inside the test piece.

Only we have the latest digital radiography equipment (DDA), which allows you to take an instantly assessable image.

Ultrasonic testing (UT) is one of the most commonly used non-destructive testing methods. It detects in-plane and (sometimes) volumetric continuity defects in the components under test.

A technique used primarily for testing welds and materials. It is mainly used for testing steel (ferrites and austenites), aluminium, copper, but is also excellent for testing composites and other materials.

This non-destructive method is used to detect surface and sub-surface defects. Metallic particles scattered on the surface to be tested and assembled by the magnetic field can be used to detect cracks and discontinuities in the material.

Procedure for ferromagnetic materials.

Liquid Penetrant Inspection is a non-destructive material testing method for the detection of continuity defects on the surface of a material, most commonly used to detect cracks, overlaps, fusion failure and porosity.

It can be used to test almost any material, and in addition to metals, it can be used to test plastics and ceramics, provided the surface is not very porous.

It can be used as a complement to other procedures or as a stand-alone method. A non-destructive material testing procedure used as a complementary element as part of a complex test.

Its primary objective is to detect discrepancies in structural elements and components. There are no testing limits.

The process of joint work

We respond immediately and assess your needs

Once you have filled in the application form, you will be contacted within 1 to 5 hours in case of urgency.

We will discuss your problem in detail and find the best possible non-destructive material testing method. For the perfect solution, we recommend an on-site survey if you feel the need.

Once we have all the information, we will make you an offer. At that time, you can let us know if you would like a trial.

Administrative tasks

Next, we will prepare a quote and send it to you. If the quotation is accepted, it will be followed by a draft contract and, once accepted, an order form will be sent.

Once all the documents have been approved and signed and returned to us, there's nothing standing in the way of getting the job done.
