Ez a fajta vizsg&aacute;lat nem felt&eacute;tlen&uuml;l ig&eacute;nyel k&uuml;l&ouml;nleges felszerel&eacute;st, de speci&aacute;lis tud&aacute;st igen, hogy az anyagvizsg&aacute;l&oacute; tudja, mit kell keresnie, amikor szemrev&eacute;telezi a t&aacute;rgyat.&nbsp;<\/p><p>A szemrev&eacute;telez&eacute;s sor&aacute;n az anyagvizsg&aacute;l&oacute; a vizsg&aacute;lt szerkezet vagy anyag fel&uuml;let&eacute;n a gy&aacute;rt&aacute;sb&oacute;l, &uuml;zemeltet&eacute;sb&#337;l, esetleg a sz&aacute;ll&iacute;t&aacute;sb&oacute;l vagy a rakt&aacute;roz&aacute;sb&oacute;l ad&oacute;d&oacute;, az elv&aacute;rt min&#337;s&eacute;gt&#337;l k&uuml;l&ouml;nb&ouml;z&#337; elt&eacute;r&eacute;seket, hib&aacute;kat, k&aacute;rosod&aacute;sokat keres.<\/p><p>The&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/controllabor.hu\/en\/test-procedures\/#tab_vt\">szemrev&eacute;telez&eacute;ses vizsg&aacute;lat<\/a> t&ouml;rt&eacute;nhet az alapanyagon, az el&#337;k&eacute;sz&iacute;t&eacute;s, a megmunk&aacute;l&aacute;s egyes l&eacute;p&eacute;seiben, a k&eacute;szterm&eacute;ken &eacute;s az &uuml;zemeltet&eacute;s sor&aacute;n b&aacute;rmikor.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/controllabor.hu\/en\/vizsgalati-eljarasok\/#tab_vt\" target=\"_self\">inspection test<\/a> can be used to inspect castings, forgings, machined parts and welds in all industries.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/controllabor.hu\/en\/vizsgalati-eljarasok\/#tab_vt\" target=\"_self\">inspection<\/a> can be stand-alone or complementary to other material testing procedures and can be used for damage analysis. From the point of view of access to the substance under test, visual inspection may be direct or indirect. In the former case, the use of a magnifying glass, microscope or projector is allowed, in the latter case the examiner does not see the test material directly with his own eyes, but examines it on the basis of a photograph, video or some other aid between his eyes and the object. These may include mirrors, endoscopes, fibre optic equipment and, more recently, drone video systems, which are part of remote or remotely operated material testing, as discussed later.<\/p><p>A szemrev&eacute;telez&eacute;s sor&aacute;n az anyagvizsg&aacute;l&oacute; t&ouml;bbnyire reped&eacute;seket, deform&aacute;l&oacute;d&aacute;st, korr&oacute;zi&oacute;t, elsz&iacute;nez&#337;d&eacute;st, fizikai s&eacute;r&uuml;l&eacute;seket keres az anyagon, a hegeszt&eacute;si varratokon pedig a szabad szemmel l&aacute;that&oacute; fel&uuml;leti reped&eacute;seket, kr&aacute;tereket, &eacute;s alakhib&aacute;kat &eacute;s egy&eacute;b elt&eacute;r&eacute;seket.<\/p><p>A vonatkoz&oacute; szabv&aacute;ny (MSZ EN 13018) nem &iacute;rja el&#337;, hogy az anyagvizsg&aacute;l&oacute; rendelkezzen VT-tan&uacute;s&iacute;tv&aacute;nnyal, a vizsg&aacute;l&oacute; szem&eacute;lynek ugyanakkor ismernie kell a megfelel&#337; szabv&aacute;nyokat, a term&eacute;ket, a gy&aacute;rt&aacute;s folyamat&aacute;t, &eacute;s a seg&eacute;deszk&ouml;z&ouml;ket. A seg&eacute;deszk&ouml;z&ouml;k kalibr&aacute;l&aacute;s&aacute;t csak minimum 1-es szint&#369; anyagvizsg&aacute;l&oacute; v&eacute;gezheti. Mivel tal&aacute;n a legszubjekt&iacute;vebb elj&aacute;r&aacute;s minden anyagvizsg&aacute;lati m&oacute;dszer k&ouml;z&uuml;l, a min&#337;s&eacute;gi szemrev&eacute;telez&eacute;ses vizsg&aacute;lathoz igen nagy tapasztalat kell.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/controllabor.hu\/en\/vizsgalati-eljarasok\/#tab_vt\" target=\"_self\">inspection by eye<\/a> is used in all industries, as inspecting a structure or material with the naked eye is one of the easiest ways to find deviations or defects. M&aacute;r most is l&eacute;teznek, &eacute;s igen val&oacute;sz&iacute;n&#369;, hogy hamarosan sz&eacute;les k&ouml;rben elterjednek azok az anyagvizsg&aacute;lati elj&aacute;r&aacute;sok, amikor az anyagvizsg&aacute;l&oacute; t&aacute;vir&aacute;ny&iacute;tott eszk&ouml;z&eacute;vel jelent&#337;s t&aacute;vols&aacute;gb&oacute;l k&eacute;pes tanulm&aacute;nyozni a vizsg&aacute;lt term&eacute;ket, szerkezetet. Az RVI dr&oacute;nok speci&aacute;lis &eacute;rz&eacute;kel&#337;kkel vannak ell&aacute;tva, a civil, vagy m&aacute;s ipar&aacute;gi dr&oacute;nok nem alkalmasak anyagvizsg&aacute;latra.<\/p><p>T&aacute;volb&oacute;l ir&aacute;ny&iacute;tott vizsg&aacute;latra akkor van legink&aacute;bb sz&uuml;ks&eacute;g, ha a vizsg&aacute;land&oacute; szerkezet nehezen megk&ouml;zel&iacute;thet&#337; helyen van, vagy a munkater&uuml;let vesz&eacute;lyes, vagy mindk&eacute;t eset fenn&aacute;ll.<\/p><p>P&eacute;ld&aacute;ul egy robban&aacute;s ut&aacute;n egy b&aacute;ny&aacute;ba bel&eacute;pni &eacute;letvesz&eacute;lyes. A dr&oacute;n haszn&aacute;lat&aacute;val kiz&aacute;rhat&oacute; a baleset, mik&ouml;zben lehet&#337;v&eacute; teszi az anyagvizsg&aacute;l&oacute; sz&aacute;m&aacute;ra a szemrev&eacute;telez&eacute;st &ndash; az emberi szemn&eacute;l hat&eacute;konyabb, nagy felbont&aacute;s&uacute; kamer&aacute;j&aacute;nak seg&iacute;ts&eacute;g&eacute;vel, amellyel tetsz&eacute;s szerinti mennyis&eacute;g&#369; felv&eacute;telt k&eacute;sz&iacute;thet.<\/p><p>Ez k&ouml;zvetett szemrev&eacute;telez&eacute;snek sz&aacute;m&iacute;t, de a technol&oacute;gia fejletts&eacute;ge a kor&aacute;bbi &eacute;s k&ouml;zvetlen elj&aacute;r&aacute;sn&aacute;l m&eacute;lyrehat&oacute;bb vizsg&aacute;latot tesz lehet&#337;v&eacute;.<\/p><p>Persze nem csak dr&oacute;nokat lehet haszn&aacute;lni t&aacute;voli szemrev&eacute;telez&eacute;shez, kor&aacute;bban k&iacute;s&eacute;rleteztek azzal, hogy k&ouml;telekre k&ouml;t&ouml;tt kamer&aacute;kkal &eacute;rt&eacute;k el a vizsg&aacute;lati helysz&iacute;nt, vagy a kamer&aacute;kat robotokhoz r&ouml;gz&iacute;tett&eacute;k.
